Read about how one network decided to spread its message across the airwaves
Jenny Hull is the Chair of the Staff Disability & Long Term Health Conditions Forum at Guys and St Thomas' NHS Trust. Jenny along with her colleagues, run the network to support staff in the organisation and to raise awareness of the different challenges faced by members in their network.
When Jesse James Kofi started to work a Guys a couple of years ago, he immediately joined the Disability network. He spotted an opportunity to use his skills as an audio engineer to help the network start it's own podcast
They have interviewed senior leaders and colleagues in their own organisation and have plans to work across the ICS to connect with other disability networks.
